Ordering & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line: 500 pairs for socks, 300 pieces for knitted accessories (hats, scarves, gloves), and 200 pieces for cozy home items (slippers, booties, blankets). New and emerging brands can start small and scale up as programs grow.
Can I mix sizes and colors within one MOQ?
Yes. MOQ is counted per design, so you can split one design across multiple sizes and up to 3 colorways without increasing the minimum.
Can I order a sample before committing to bulk production?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Every order starts with a pre-production sample for your approval. Nothing goes into bulk knitting until you sign off on the sample.
Do you offer blank wholesale (no branding)?
Yes. Alongside full OEM/ODM programs we supply blank wholesale knitted products for distributors and promotional buyers.
Sampling & Design
How long does sampling take?
5–7 days for standard samples. Rush sampling is available — tell us your deadline and we’ll confirm feasibility before you commit.
How much does a sample cost?
Samples are free for confirmed projects; you only cover the courier charge (approx. $25–40 by DHL).
Can you work from a rough idea instead of finished artwork?
Yes. Send a logo, a sketch, a reference photo or even a written description. Our design team turns it into knit-ready artwork with a free digital mock-up within 24–48 hours.
Customization & Branding
Can you produce with our brand logo?
Yes. Logo integration options include jacquard knitting (woven into the fabric), embroidery, woven labels, and printed branding on packaging — fully customized.
Which materials can I choose from?
We work with merino wool, wool blends, cotton, bamboo fiber, microfiber and recycled yarns (GRS certified). Material selection guidance is part of our free design support.
Can packaging be customized too?
Yes — header cards, hook bags, gift boxes, hang tags, belly bands and retail-ready cartons with barcode printing. Our packaging line handles 20,000 pairs per day.
Quality & Certifications
What certifications do you have?
Our certification portfolio includes OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, BSCI, WRAP, GMP, Sedex and GRS. Certificate documents are available on request.
How do you control quality?
Inline inspection during knitting, 100% final inspection before packing, and a dedicated QC team. AQL standards can be agreed per program for retail chains.
Payment & Shipping
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy. T/T for bulk orders; PayPal accepted for sample courier fees.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Typically 25–35 days from sample approval to shipment, depending on quantity and construction complexity.
Which shipping terms do you support?
FOB from Shanghai or Ningbo ports. We also coordinate door-to-door delivery and can quote CIF/DDP on request.
